この利用規約は、かねこかずきが作成した音楽（以下、「作品」と呼ぶ）の無料提供に関するものです。作品はかねこかずきの著作物であり、著作権はかねこかずきに帰属します。こちらの示す条件の上、作品を自由に利用することができます。 利用する前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。
１，利用範囲: 作品は個人的な目的や商業目的、営利活動での利用に定めはありません。YouTube動画でのBGM使用、ゲーム制作、アプリ制作など、様々なプロジェクトでの利用が可能です。成人向けコンテンツでの利用も可能です。ただし、作品は主にリスニング、BGM（背景音楽）、改変（演奏、編曲、歌ってみた、など）としての利用を想定しています。作品自体が本体となるコンテンツ（静止画のみのYouTube動画など）での使用は禁止しております。
２，著作権: 作品はかねこかずきの著作物であり、著作権はかねこかずきに帰属します。作品への主な禁止事項として「Content IDへの登録、JASRACなど著作権管理団体への登録、Tune Coreなどディストリビュートサービスへの登録、Apple Music、Spotifyなどのストリーミングサービスでの配信」などは禁止されております。作品を利用する際は、以下の条件を遵守してください。
